Returns

• Due to the personal nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles, or hair products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges

• Exchanges for damaged or defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Customers must provide photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer available, but defective/damaged claims may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

• All hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and any custom or sale items are final sale, except in the case of damage or defect.
